The Dracula Files
Written by Elliot Hoke

In development.

A collection of recordings. Therapy sessions with a man who has an overwhelming desire to drink blood. Raw audio from the final, unreleased season of a historical horror podcast. Recovered captain's logs of a missing ship. They all point to a mysterious figure hiding in the shadows just beyond these records, a horror of the past returned to consume us all. These are The Dracula Files.
A modern adaptation of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel, The Dracula Files is a gothic audio drama exploring the haunting power of the past and the monsters that lurk there.

Character Breakdowns
DR. JACK SEWARD: Male-presenting (cis men, transmen, and gender expansive people willing to play masc welcome to submit). A put together clinical psychologist who's warm with his patients and cannot express an emotion to save his personal life. His professional demeanor makes it really easy for him to get way too involved in things he’s not actually qualified to deal with. Has started treating Renfield as a new, intriguing case study to distract him from Lucy Westenra "the one who got away." Late-20s to mid-30s.
ROBERT MILO RENFIELD: Male-presenting (cis men, transmen, and gender expansive people willing to play masc welcome to submit). Easily swayed by others. A nebbish man with a shameful compulsion to consume blood from living creatures. He has recently latched onto Dr. Seward in a last ditch effort to treat this. Despite his meek presentation there's something about him that feels like he miiiiiiiiiiiiight snap at any moment. Early-30s.
